 Okanagan Hockey Academy

The 2017 Okanagan Hockey Bantam AAA program, based in Penticton, British Columbia are proud to be selected to the 2018 John Reid Memorial tournament. The team, coached by Mike Egener, compete in the Bantam Prep Division of the Canadian Sport School Hockey League.

The team is made up of 19 players from across Canada (British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Ontario), who attend Penticton High School. This is the team's 4th tournament this season after attending the Chilliwack, Rocky Mountain and Pat Quinn Tournaments.

The Okanagan Hockey Academy is built on a fundamental belief in combining scholastic achievement with excellence on the ice. Providing a platform for the student athlete to succeed with the guidance and support of his/her mentors creates an environment for personal growth and maturation. This environment encourages and enables a commitment to self-improvement both academically and in sport, skills that are instrumental in building a successful life.

Past members of the Okanagan Hockey Academy include, Curtis Lazar, Joe Hicketts, and Michael Rasmussen.
