Here are the Volunteer Positions that need to be filled and a brief description of their roles.

Please note that there are 2 categories of volunteer positions, Support and Off-Ice Officials


These positions support the activities related to managing the tournament as a whole. Support volunteers work in designated areas outside of the ice surface.


Take payment for entry into games.
Check for tags/stamped hands proving entry payment.


Making sure that food and drinks are available for volunteers, etc.
Keeping Hospitality room tidy.

Other volunteer positions  

Souvenir table - selling Tournament Clothing items

Gatorade - making/delivering Gatorade for teams

Information table - Day 1 only, provide information to teams, guests

Volunteer check in - assign/return of volunteer tags

Music - playlist supplied or bring your own

Video - broadcasting games (equipment supplied) - Midget players eligible for this position.

Off-Ice Officials

These positions deal with the tasks directly supporting each game that is played. Off-Ice Officials will be situated in the penalty box to perform their duties.

These activities include;

  • Penalty Box gates
  • Scorekeeping
  • Timekeeping
